On Saturday, March 12th, 2016, the Rypien Foundation will hold its annual Winemakers’ Dinner at the Northern Quest Resort and Casino in Spokane, Washington. The five-course dinner with wine pairings will be designed and prepared by Bob Rogers, the executive chef of the resort’s onsite gourmet steakhouse, Masselow’s.
A formal event, the Winemakers’ Dinner will include silent and live auctions, and feature wines from premium local wineries, such as Leonetti Cellar and Three Rivers Winery. Other wineries that have provided wine for past events include Dunham Cellars, Long Shadows Vintners, Tero Estates, Doubleback, Col Solare, and Woodward Canyon. Dinner guests will have the opportunity to meet the winemakers who are in attendance and ask them questions.
All proceeds from the event support the work of the Rypien Foundation, which assists local children and their families who are battling cancer. For more information, visit the foundation’s website at rypienfoundation.org.
