Held at the Manito Golf and Country Club, the event donates 100 percent of its proceeds to the Rypien Foundation. The 2016 Zak!Charity Open begins on July 24 with a summer celebration dinner at the Northern Quest Resort and Casino, followed by the golf tournament the next day. Supporters are also invited to a BBQ and VIP luncheon hosted by Mark Rypien.

Since its establishment 17 years ago, the Zak!Charity Open has raised more than $5.2 million for children’s charities, with a record $566,000 raised in 2014 alone.
